3. Services

Photos by Rakan provides professional photography services, including but not limited to real estate, portrait, boudoir, and landscape photography.

4. Payments

The balance is due on the day of the photoshoot. We accept payments via Credit Card or E-check.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Rescheduling is allowed based on availability.

6. Image Rights and Usage

All images produced by Photos by Rakan are protected by copyright laws. We retain the right to use any images for promotional and marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Clients are granted a license to use the images for personal or commercial purposes (real estate) as specified in the agreement.

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information and ensuring that any locations used for the photoshoot have the necessary permissions. We are not liable for any damages or disruptions caused by failure to obtain appropriate permissions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Photos by Rakan shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your use or inability to use the Service; (b) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Washington State, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
